SJC Precision's capalilities include: High precision CNC machining of parts in materials like carbide, steel, plastic, aluminum, titanium, rubber, copper, brass etc. Machining accuracies are +/-0.0001 inches. Grinding accurate radius as precise as 0.005+/-0.0001 inches. We provide tool mainenance and repair services. We produce locally, in our Milpitas facility. If your goal is to produce higher quantities offshore, we can facilitate that by producing the tool and die here, run prototype/pilot runs and debug your product beforehand to speed time to market. To better reflect the growth and continued focus on precision, A&T Tool and Die Co. has changed their name to SJC Precision Inc.
